Ingredients
- COOKIES:
- 1 cup of soft butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Milk
- Food Coloring

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, blend all cookie ingredients.
Once blended, cover the bowl with cling wrap and let chill in refrigerator.
Lightly flour a rolling surface. Roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
After cutting your Christmas shapes place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit 4-6 minutes.
Once cool, frost the cookies.
