Rub I use for BBQ concept

Ingredients

  • 8 parts light brown sugar, tightly packed
  • 3 parts Kosher salt
  • 1 part chili powder
  • 1⁄4 part ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 part cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄4 part thyme
  • 1⁄4 part onion powder
  • 1⁄4 part garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 part paprika eg.
  • If using cups; 8 cups brown sugar and 1⁄4 cup garlic.

Mix well. Store air tight or will clump
