Ingredients
- 1 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1 7 or 8oz can salmon, drained and finely flaked
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1/4 cup finely minced pimento

Preparation
Step 1
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonaise until smooth. Then beat by hand or with mixer until fluffy. Stir in remain ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour, then shape into a ball for spreading on crackers.
