Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1-1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tspn baking soda
• 2-3/4 cup sifted flour
• 2 eggs (unbeaten)
• 2 tspn cream tartar
• 1/2 tspn salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs. Add flour mixture and mix. Roll in small balls and roll in 2 tspn sugar and 2 tspn cinnamon mixed together. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
