Baked Pineapple

  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 beaten Eggs
  • 1 can (15+ oz.) crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Butter or Margerine
  • Ground Cinnamon

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 65mins


Step 1

Combinecornstarch and water, stirr until smooth. Add to eggs and blend well. Add pineapple, sugar, andvanilla; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for one hour.
