Monkey Bread

Tried this at Christmas and loved...but be sure to use only as many rolls as recipe states :-)

  • 24 oz frozen dinner roll dough

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • ½ cup melted butter


The night before grease and flour bundt pan. Mix together brown sugar and pudding mix. Mix white sugar and cinnamon together. Place half of rolls in pan and coat with half of the 2 dry mixtures, as well as half of nuts and melted butter. Layer all a 2nd time and leave on counter overnight. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes and turn pan over onto serving platter.
