Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 C of Flour
  • 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Tsp of Salt
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 Egg well beaten
  • 1 1/4 C Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees

Sift together Dry ingredients. Combine Egg and Sour Cream. Add Egg mixture to Dry ingredients quickly. Do NOT beat.

Drop Batter gently in lightly greased muffin pan filling each cup 2/3 full.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
