Rhubarb Crispy Stuff

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box cake mix - white or yellow
  • 1 box red jello (sugar-free strawberry works well, too)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together rhubarb and sugar first in a 9 X 13 cake pan.
Layer over rhubarb mixture all other ingredients, one at a time in order listed. Pour the cold water over all.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Let set before eating to firm.
