Ingredients
- 2 – 8oz. pkgs. light or fat-free Cream cheese, softened
- ¼ - cup fresh lime juice
- 1 – Tablespoon cumin
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1 – teaspoon pepper
- 1 – teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Dash of lemon pepper
- Tabasco (2 shakes) 1 – 8oz. can whole kernel yellow corn, drained or 11oz. Mexican corn
- 1 – cup chopped walnuts
- 1 – 4oz. can chopped green chili peppers
- 3 – green onions, chopped (green part included)
- Tortilla Chips

Step 1
Whip cream cheese until fluffy; beat in lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper and Tabasco. Stir corn, walnuts, green chilies and onion. Best made at least 8 hours before serving. Serve with combination blue corn tortilla chips and regular tortilla chips.
