Ingredients

  • 2 – 8oz. pkgs. light or fat-free Cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ - cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 – Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 – teaspoon pepper
  • 1 – teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Dash of lemon pepper
  • Tabasco (2 shakes) 1 – 8oz. can whole kernel yellow corn, drained or 11oz. Mexican corn
  • 1 – cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 – 4oz. can chopped green chili peppers
  • 3 – green onions, chopped (green part included)
  • Tortilla Chips

Step 1

Whip cream cheese until fluffy; beat in lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper and Tabasco. Stir corn, walnuts, green chilies and onion. Best made at least 8 hours before serving. Serve with combination blue corn tortilla chips and regular tortilla chips.
