Ingredients
- 1 pound white fish, cut into serving sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse fillets and pay dry. Sprinkle fish with garlic pepper.
Blend egg white, lemon zest and lemon juice in shallow bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, dill, basil and oregano on a separate shallow bowl.
Dip fish in egg then breadcrumb mixture. Place fish on cookie sheet. Repeat until all fish is coated.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Season with salt and pepper.
