Prince Chicken Penne Primavera

Ingredients
- 1 lb package Penne
- 1 Lb skinless boneless chicken
- salt and pepper
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 6 C assored fresh chopped or sliced vegetables
- (red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, carrots and broccoli florets)
- 3/4 C Chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 12 inch non stick skillet generously with cooking spray. Over medium high heat, cook and stir chicken that is cut into strips and seasoned with S&P until no longer pink. Add veggies. Cook and stir until tender and crisp about 5 minutes. Stir in Penne and chicken broth; heat through.
Serve immediately
