Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach- thawed and drained
- 1 box Knorr's vegetable soup mix
- 1 med onion- finely chopped
- 1 c mayo
- 1 1/3c sour cream
- 1 small can water chestnuts chopped (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients, refridgerate at least 1 hour
Serve with pumpernickel bread and/or crackers
