Ingredients

  • 2 bags diced hashbrown potatoes (frozen)
  • 4 cans Cream of Chicken soup (not diluted)
  • 16 ounces Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 can LeSeur Peas
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 Kielbasa (chopped fine)
  • 1/2 large white onion (chopped fine)
  • 2 bags (8 cups total) shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Pour two bags of hash brown potatoes into a large Tupperware bowl.
2. Add 4 cans of Cream of Chicken soup (not diluted) and mix well with potatoes.
3. Add Fat free cottage cheese and mix well.
4. Add two cans of vegetables
5. Add Kielbasa and mix well.
6. Add 2 bags of shredded cheese (8 cups) and mix well.

Grease baking dish.
Pour potato mixture into baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 60 minutes (1 hour)
