Ingredients

  • Cubed or Round Steak 4 pieces
  • Flour
  • Brown Gravy Mix
  • Water
  • Mushroom Pieces 2 small cans
  • 1 stalk celery heart
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • onion
  • tomato sauce small can

Preparation

Step 1

Season and fry steak. Pour grease off except for a small amount to saute the onion, bell pepper and celery in. After veggies are sauted, add 2 TBS four and brown gravy mix according to directions. After gravy thickens, add mushrooms and veggies to gravy along with tomato sauce. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat and add steak.

Serve with rice.
