- 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

PUT BUTTER, PEPPERS, CELERY IN A COVERED BOWL AND MICROWAVE ON ROAST FOR 5 MINUTES
STIR IN EVERYTHING ELSE
MIX WELL
SPOON OVER RICE
REHEAT 10 TO 12 MINUTES ON ROAST.
