• 1 1/2 T butter
• 3/4 c. chopped onions
• 3/4 c. maple syrup
• 1 c. + 1 T vinegar
• 3/4 c. ketchup
• 3 beef bullion
• 1 1/2 T worcestershire
• 2 1/4 t pepper
• 3 t tabasco
