- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup softened butter - softened
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese - softened
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup cashews - chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 egg

Step 1
Preheat oven 350. Combine crust ingredients. Divide into 24 pieces. Press into miniature muffin cups. Divide cashews into cups. Spoon filling over cashews. Bake 20-25 minutes.
