Ingredients
- 4 T. Olive oil
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1-lb. Ground beef
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 cans #303 tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 bay leaves.
- 2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 package lasagna noodles (equaling about 8 oz cooked)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef in olive on. Add other ingredients. Let simmer, the longer the better.
Alternate layers of sauce, noodles and two cheeses (use large baking dish, do not overlap). Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees OR 1+ hours at 325 degrees.
