Jelly Donut Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe donut muffins
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam or jelly
  • 2 TB butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Make donut muffin batter. Line muffin pan with paper liners. Fill each muffin half way with batter. Poke a hole in the batter and spoon in 1 tsp of jam or jelly. Top with remaining batter - filling up about 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove quickly from pan and cool on wire rack. Brush tops with melted butter and dust with confectioners sugar.
