Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F)

  • 1 tbsp dry yeast

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 cups bread flour

Directions

In large bowl mix water, yeast, & sugar let stand about 10 minutes. Then add oil, salt, and 2 cups flour to yeast mixture. Stir in remaining flour. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smoot and elastic. Place back in the bowl and cover with damp cloth an put in warm place until doubles in size. Deflate dough and turn onto floured surface and divide into 16 equal size balls. Place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Cover rolls with damp cloth and let rise until double in size. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Bake 18 to 20 minuts or until golden brown.
