Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into a 9” pie dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warn with good quality tortilla chips.
