T-Bone Steaks with Garlic Parsley Sauce

  • 5 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 C packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 C EVOO
  • 3 T white vinegar
  • 1 t crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • Steak Ingredients
  • Pam
  • 2 two inch beef T-bone steaks
  • 2 T evoo
  • S&P

Step 1

For the Sauce, in a work bowl of a food processor combine all the sauce ingredients and pulse until the mixture is finely chopped, transfer to a medium bowl and refrigerate up to 3 days.

Spray grill with pam and heat to medium high. Brush both sides with EVOO and salt and pepper steaks. Grill steaks until done to your liking, for medium 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill, tent with foil and allow to rest for 5 to ten minutes. Top with sauce and serve.
