Banana Pudding

I'm not a huge pudding fan, but this is a light and wonderful dessert... I immediately asked for the recipe once we had "politely" tried it... It get's devoured! It came from the McCarrol Family

Ingredients

• Mix together in a small bowl:
• Large Box of Vanilla Pudding
• 1/2 C cold water
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 can of Eagle brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Put in fridge to chill
• Beat 2 C of Whipping Cream with 1/2 C of sugar until stiff, set aside
• Cut up 5 bananas & put in a ziplock with 1/3 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Fold Bananas, chilled mix and whipping cream together

Line a bowl with Vanilla Wafers spoon in the mix and decorate the top with more vanilla wafers…

Serve chilled…
