Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup fat free cool whipped topping

Step 1
Preheat Oven: 350 degrees
Beat: Cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add, eggs one at a time until blended.
Remove: 1 cup of batter, place in medium bowl.
Stir in: pumpkin and spices.
Spray: 9" pie pan, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Top: Layers of plain and pumpkin batters. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve: With Cool Whipped Topping !
