Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 can (40oz) sweet potatoes drained
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 lg eggs
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In bowl, mash sweet potatoes, stir in sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and egg. Spoon into casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
