Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 1/8 t. paprika
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 t. chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Step 1

Beat egg together with 1 T. lemon juice. Set aside. In shallow dish mix together flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg/lemon mixture then in seasoned flour. In large skillet melt butter and brown chicken. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water then add remaining 2 T. lemon juice. Pour liquid into skillet. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes turning after 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
