Avocado Cream

If you like guacamole, you will love this rich and creamy avocado and lime dip.

Ingredients

• 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
• 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sour cream
• Zest 1 lime
• Pinch ground coriander
• Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Step 1

Add avocado, sour cream, lime zest, pinch ground coriander, and salt and pepper to food processor. Puree until smooth.
