Decadent Drizzled Cheesecake

Sweet cream cheese is paired with peanut butter
for a twist on this traditional dessert.

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter or Skippy® Super Chunk® Peanut Butter, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°.
For crust, combine 1 cup Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Evenly press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 12 minutes or until golden; cool.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 3 teaspoons vanilla in mixing bowl with electric mixer until blended. Slowly add heavy cream and continue beating on medium-high speed 2 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
Microwave remaining 1/4 cup Peanut Butter in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cream cheese mixture. Chill 2 hours or until set. To serve, cut into squares.
