Preparation

Step 1

1. FILL POT WITH BOILING WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES, TO WARM THE POT, THEN POUR WATER .OUT

2. 1 TEASPOON OF TEA LEAVES FOR EACH CUP YOU WANT TO MAKE PLUS ONE TEASPOON OF LEAVES FOR THE POT. EXAMPLE=5 TEASPOONS OF LEAVES MAKES 4 CUPS OF TEA.

3. POUR BOILING WATER IN POT OVER TEA LEAVES.
EXAMPLE=IF MAKING 4 CUPS POUR IN 4 CUPS BOILING WATER.

4. BREW 3 TO 5 MINUTES TURNING POT 3 TIMES WHILE BREWING TO MOVE TEA LEAVES AROUND.

5. PUT A LITTLE COLD MILK IN CUP

6. THEN POUR TEA IN CUP THROUGH A TEA STRAINER.

7. YOU MAY ADD SUGAR IF DESIRED.
