Almond Confetti

Ingredients

  • 35 grams flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. butter, softened
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 5 oz. sour cream
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • 4 oz. almonds, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine the flour and salt. Beat butter and sugar until combined and mixture is fluffy. Add sour cream, vanilla, and almond extract. Add the flour, then nuts slowly until combined. Pipe 1 inch mounds with a #8inch tip. Bake for 11 – 14 minutes, until the cookie undersides are golden and the middle is ivory in color.
