Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, cup up
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 cups ham, cubed
- 4 tsp. chicken boullin
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all together and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add can of evaporated milk, 1/2 hr. before serving.
