Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices – cooked crispy
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 medium onion – diced
- 1 medium bell pepper – diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper – seeded and diced
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 (32 oz) container chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp flour (whisk the broth and flour together to blend)
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 lb. crabmeat (fresh or imitation)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to the crock pot. Start on high for 1 hour – then turn to low. It can cook all day if you like.
