Ingredients

  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 2 – 3oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Cooking time 30mins

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain. Mash potatoes, add remaining ingredients. Place in oven proof dish. Dot with butter. Place in refrigerator until ready to bake. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
