Stuffed Pork Chops - Diane

Ingredients

  • 4 inch thick pork chops
  • 1 box cornbread Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Mix orange juice, brown sugar and soy sauce together and set aside.
Salt and pepper pork chops and then brown in skillet. Place in a shallow casserole dish. Put a generous mound of stuffing on each chop. Stir sauce well and pour over the stuffing. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes or until chops are tender when pierced with a fork.
