Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cartons fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup onions (circle sliced)
- 1 tsp. basil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2 Add the mushrooms and onions. Reduce heat, cover pot, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3 Remove from heat, add basil, refrigerate.
