Ingredients

  • 1 c butter. softened
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 3/4 c all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbs ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375*. Beat butter until creamy, gradually add 2 c sugar.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beating well. Combine flour, baking powder, and 2 tsp cinnamon, gradually add to mix. Blend well.
Combine 3 tbs sugar and 1 1/2 tbs cinnamon in small bowl. Roll dough into 1 1/4 inch balls and roll in sugar mix. Place on cookie sheet, flatten slightly. Bake at 375* for 11-13 minutes.
