Ingredients

  • 2 C of Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 C of All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 C Cornmeal
  • 1/4 C of Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Bouillon Cubes (Beef or Chicken)
  • 1 1/2 C of Boiling Water
  • Chopped Garlic or Bacon Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 300 Degrees.

Combine Flours, Cornmeal, and Vegetable Oil. Dissolve Bouillon in water and add to Flour mixture. Stir in Garlic or Bacon Bits. Dough will be thick and somewhat spongy. Roll out on a floured board to 1/8" to 1/4" thick.

Using a cookie cutter, cut out dough.

Bake 45 to 60 minutes.

Cool and dry Biscuits completely before storing in an airtight container.
