Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbs. dry parsley
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tilapia fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Mix the dry ingredients together in a food processor. Slather both sides of fish with mustard mixture and dredge in dry mixture.
Place in oiled pan and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
It was a little blah. Maybe try more mustard, or horseradish mustard. Also add more seasonings to the breading.
