Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avacados
  • 1 diced tomato
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro or one bunch chopped
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cayene pepper
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add together all ingredients with the exception of avacado. Put into a plastic bag and marinate for one hour. After one hour, mash up tomatoes in bag. Cut avacado in half, taking out seed by stabbing quickly with knife and twisting. Spoon avacado into a bowl. Mash together with ingredients from bag. Mash until desired consistency. Add more cayenne if more heat is desired.
