Ingredients
- 2 mangos (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and let sit in the refrigerator for one hour to mix flavors.
