Miracle Salmon Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 12 slices soft bread
  • 1 can (213 g/7.5 oz) sockeye salmon, drained and mashed
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. each: chopped fresh dill weed and lemon juice
  • Melted butter
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

TRIM crusts from bread. Flatten with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.

COMBINE salmon, Miracle Whip and dill and lemon juice. Place 1 heaping Tbsp (15 mL) filling along one end of bread. Roll up and cut in half.

PLACE on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter; sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
