Lemon Squares (Ethel R)

Ingredients

• 1st. Part
• ¼ cup margarine
• pinch of salt
• 1 ¼ cup graham crumbs
• Make crust, save some crumbs for top. Bake 10 mins.
• 2nd. Part
• 1 small cream cheese
• 1 cup icing sugar
• Mix together. Beat pkg. of lucky whip or cool whip and add to cr. Mixture.

Preparation

Step 1

Spread on bottom.
1 pkg. lemon pie filling cooked and cooled . Add to top of cream mixture.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top , chill in fridge.
