Ingredients
- 1 large can of sauerkraut
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. corned beef
- 2 cups cubed rye bread, that has been tossed in 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and onion. Line casserole with mixture. Mix Swiss cheese and Thousand Island Dressing. Spread ½ of mixture on top of kraut. Tear corned beef in strips and place on top of spread. Cover with remaining cheese and dressing mixture. Top with bread cubes. Bake in 375° oven for 35 minutes.
