Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 3/4 cup Crisco
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp soda
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups + 6 Tblsp flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 large bag chocolate chips
• Chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, Crisco, sugars, and eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Drop by tsp on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
