Ingredients
- 1/2 lb macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 16 oz. corn
- 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes, cut in half, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 24 oz. water (try half first)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.
Brown beef w/onion and green pepper, drain. Add corn, stewed tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Mix in garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer 20-25 min. Stir in macaroni and serve.
