Make Your Own Mascapone Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup whipping cream, beaten until blended

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and whipping cream. Beat until blended.

Makes 16 ounces of mascarpone cheese.
