- 1 ½ cups dry, full bodied red wine
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pouch Certo Liquid

Step 1
Combine wine, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Immediately stir in liquid Certo; return to a full boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Pour quickly into warm sterilized jars filling up to ¼ inch from rim. Seal and let stand until set.
