chicken reuben quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 4- 8inch flour tortilla
  • 1/3 cup Russian dressing
  • 6 oz reduced fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 6 oz lower sodium deli chicken breast
  • canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush a baking sheet with canola oil. Put flour tortillas on work surface and brush with Russian dressing. Cover half of each tortilla with cheese and chicken. Fold tortilla in half over filling and place on baking sheet. Brush tops with canola oil. Bake for 10 minutes, flip tortillas and let rest 5 minutes. Cut each tortilla into 3 wedges
