Ingredients
- 128 oz can1 - 28 oz can of sliced pears
- 128 oz can1 - 28 oz can of sliced peaches
- 128 oz can1 - 28 oz can apricot halves
- 115 oz can1 - 15 oz can dark sweet cherries
- 115 oz can1 - 15 oz can chunk pineapple
- 1/2C1/2 C butter (1 stick)
- 3/4C3/4 C brown sugar (packed)
- 4tsp4 tsp curry powder

Step 1
Drain all fruit and place in a baking dish.
Melt butter and then add the brown sugar and curry to the butter, blending well.
Pour butter mixture over fruit.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
Serve warm.
