Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can 1 - 28 oz can of sliced pears
  • 1 28 oz can 1 - 28 oz can of sliced peaches
  • 1 28 oz can 1 - 28 oz can apricot halves
  • 1 15 oz can 1 - 15 oz can dark sweet cherries
  • 1 15 oz can 1 - 15 oz can chunk pineapple
  • 1/2 C 1/2 C butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 C 3/4 C brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 tsp 4 tsp curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Drain all fruit and place in a baking dish.
Melt butter and then add the brown sugar and curry to the butter, blending well.
Pour butter mixture over fruit.

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hrs.

Uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Serve warm.
